Michael was punctual, took the time to get to know Tippi and make her relaxed before starting her grooming. He did not rush her and she was very|Calm when she was finished|Tippi has a genetic medical condition which makes her more unsteady on her feet. Michael took the time to understand her condition and was able to make this experience a happy one for her.

Michael was very nice and friendly. For years our dog, Aries will always have an upset stomach after coming home from grooming, when we first caught the pattern we thought if it was an allergy or he ate something bad there, then it happened with different groomers as well, we figured it might be because he was too anxious. So we really wanted to try mobile grooming and managed to book Michael. On the day we were allowed to stay with Aries, watch the whole grooming process so he was less nervous. Michael was very gentle with Aries and made sure he felt comfortable. We are very happy with the experience, Aries did not have an upset stomach (first time ever!) and still smelling fresh even after a few days. We will be booking Michael again for our grooming sessions!

Michael is honestly the best in the business! Thank you so much for grooming my dog, he looks absolutely amazing and you can tell how much care and attention went into everything. It’s not easy handling larger, thicker coated breeds, but Michael does it so professionally and with so much patience. Having a mobile grooming service is such a game changer as well. It’s so convenient, stress free for my dog and makes the whole experience so much easier. If you have a big or thick coated dog, I highly recommend booking with him. He truly knows what he’s doing and goes above and beyond every time.
