Meet Kat

Hi, I’m Kat! I’m a dog-obsessed human with three beautiful pups and a big love for animals and movement. My crew includes Layla, my 1.5-year-old blue Staffy and ultimate running buddy; Boo, the sassiest six-year-old Bulldog you’ll ever meet; and DJ, my goofy eight-month-old Staffy x Great Dane pup with a heart of gold. I also share my life with Blaze, my sensitive six-year-old Clydie x Quarter Horse — a true gentle giant.

Two years ago, I went from hating running to falling in love with it, thanks to Layla. Since then, we’ve smashed out two half marathons and even placed 2nd in our first canicross comp! That passion grew into creating a local dog running group — an amazing community built around connection, fitness, and dogs.

Though I started my career as a personal trainer and massage therapist, I’ve always dreamed of working in the dog world. Now, I’m finally making that dream a reality as I start my journey into dog grooming — and I couldn’t be more excited!
